Day 02 - City Tour of Kigali and Road Transfer to Akagera National Park

After breakfast, visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial for an educational experience. Then, drive to Akagera National Park for a sunset boat cruise on Lake Ihema, enjoying views of local wildlife. Overnight at Ruzizi Tented Lodge, full board.

Day 03 - Full-Day Game Drive

Start your day early with a morning game drive in Akagera, spotting hippos, crocodiles, and diverse bird species. Return for breakfast before embarking on an afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch. Overnight stay at Ruzizi Tented Lodge, full board.

Day 04 - Morning Game Drive, Transfer to Volcanoes National Park, Ellen Campus Visit

Day 05 - Volcanoes National Park – Gorilla Trek/Relaxation

Wake up early for breakfast and a short drive to the Trekking Headquarters. After a briefing, begin your guided trek to encounter mountain gorillas. Return to the lodge to relax and reflect on your unforgettable experience.

Day 06 - Drive to Nyungwe National Park

After breakfast, check out and drive to Nyungwe National Park, known for its rich biodiversity. Stop for lunch at Comoran Lodge overlooking Lake Kivu. Check-in at Nyungwe Top View for your overnight stay, full board.

Day 07 - Chimp Trekking and Canopy Walk in Nyungwe National Park

Start early with a packed breakfast as you head to the park headquarters for your chimpanzee trek briefing. Enjoy an hour with the chimps, then return for lunch. In the afternoon, experience the canopy walk, and learn about the ecosystem.

Day 08 - Departure

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Kigali, carrying a packed lunch. Alternatively, take a scheduled flight to Kigali Airport. Ensure all luggage adheres to weight limits before checking in for your departure.
