Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos is pleased to welcome you. From the shores of lake Lehtojärvi, you can find one of the largest snow hotels in the world during the winter months. Take a sip from an ice-cold glass, enjoy the mesmerizing dance of the Northern Lights, and be active to stay warm in the Arctic. With us, you can easily and holistically experience all forms of winter and snow with all of your senses, with all of the services you need nearby! Since the opening of the first SnowHotel in December 2008, a new one has been constructed annually. There are approximately 30 hotel rooms, an ice chapel, an ice restaurant, and an ice bar inside the Arctic SnowHotel. Even when it's much colder outside, the temperature always stays between 0 and -5 degrees Celsius. The hotel area can be accessed by paying an entrance fee at the reception, and overnight guests of both the glass igloos and the SnowHotel are permitted access to all hotel areas. You can sleep beneath the Northern Lights and the starry night sky in the glass-roofed igloos. Even though we live so far north, we can never be sure that the Northern Lights will show up. However, you have a better chance of seeing the famous Aurora Borealis if you sleep under a 360-degree glass roof.
